Its 1/8” thick applied at 2000psi and 400 degrees, aliphatic material thats introduced to the base for the first time at the tip of the gun and hardens immediately, with our own custom uv stable base and is kevlar fiber enriched. It is made to last for the duration of the vehicles life without fading or being comprimised by harsh environmnetal conditions.
